Hotel nuevo con todas las ventajas que ello implica, estilo ejecutivo con habitaciones reducidas en tamaño pero con excelente espacio en baño, buen colchón (nuevo), excelente ropa de cama y almohadas de buen nivel, aquí debo aclarar que me quedé en Suite Jr El room service tiene horario restringido así que no pudimos cenar. El personal es nuevo en el sector con muy poca experiencia, no supieron responder preguntas de información elemental en el servicio del hotel. Restaurante de calidad aceptable con limitaciones de sillas y mesas, no está techado por lo que el sol y la lluvia son un gran problema. Nadie me recibió el auto ni me ayudaron con mi equipaje, tuve que dejar el auto obstruyendo el ingreso para acercarme a recepción a preguntar cómo operaba el registro y al mismo tiempo ingresar al estacionamiento subterráneo desconocido para mí. Espacio muy reducido al frente del hotel y la salida hacia la Av Acueducto es peligrosa, tiene un tremendo flujo vehicular y en horas no-pico los vehículos circulan a velocidades que incrementan el riesgo de colisión al ingresar al flujo vehicular. Está muy bien ubicado aunque todas las amenidades cercanas quedan del otro lado de la avenida por lo que hay que caminar un poco y cruzar con semáforo para poder acceder a la zona de restaurantes y la plaza comercial Andares, no adecuado para personas de tercera edad o capacidades diferentes. Mala actitud en recepción en horario nocturno.

La ubicación del lugar, la limpieza y el personal fue excelente. Pero que onda con el baño y la regadera? La pared y la puerta son de cristal esmerilado y se ve toda la silueta de lo que haces dentro. Fue súper incómodo, nos teníamos que voltear cada que alguien entraba.

Es la segunda ocasión que me hospedo en este lugar, ahora ya realizan cargo extra por estacionamiento, previamente ya estaba incluido en tarifa.
