While taking an uber home, I left my phone in the uber upon getting back to the Hostel. Alexis was so helpful the next day. He made sure to get in contact with the Uber driver as well as the bar owner. The uber driver did not find my Phone at first. "It was amazing hostel! I can't think of anything significant enough to complain about. The bed is SUPER soft! One of best hostel bed in my two years of traveling. There are outlet available on each bed which is useful. It's really beautiful too. One of most beautiful hostel I stayed in my two years. The service is great too. They are very nice people as well they try their best to adapt to your need. As I don't eat some specific food, they offered me a toasted bread with avocado for breakfast....

It was located in a quiet and comfortable nieborhood along with good places to eat nearby."

"It was ok and good but can be more better if some customer services can be improved. Especially during night time if they have their better awake staff for night shift to resolve the needs of customers. I did not found my blanket on first night and for this reason I go to customer service desk to see the receptionist, he was sleeping. I slept without blanket for my first night stay. Also for one day their kitchen sink water was not working and plates etc stuff was washed by the customers/guests...

"Location was good for needing to get to airport quickly. Upon initial entry to room everything looked nice and clean. Dropped luggage and then promptly left to see friend. When returning later found that the sheets were covered in hairs...probably dog or cat, at least that is what I hope it was. Grossed out but it was late at night and not in mood to have it changed. Swapped beds with friend."
