"The house is ideally situated for those who enjoy a quiet time away from the city. The walk to the town takes about 20 minutes and is lovely. It will only take you 5 minutes by car.The house itself has all the equipment and amenities you could wish you'd have. It is very spacious and makes you feel like you're at home.The host is always ready to help and really quick to answer any request you might have.The area is great as Barga has all the shops, restaurants and bars you'll need. The scenery around the place is breathtaking.We had a brilliant stay."

The pool and surrounding area was generous and perfectly maintained with the host cleaning it every morning. The villa exceeded our expectations. "When I dreamt of visiting Tuscany, Villa Olivi was what I dreamt of. It was perfect for our friends and us. The views are incredible, and the house was very comfortable and accommodating. As withers have expressed, there is one tight squeeze going up the hill in a car, but otherwise the whole experience was magical."

"A beautiful farmhouse in a stunning location. The house was clean, tidy and well equipped with comfortable beds and ample space to sit both inside and out for dining and relaxing. The views are quite spectacular and waking every morning to open the shutters to this was breathtaking. The metato was superb and made a great space for my sister and her family to stay in, containing separate bathrooms and tea and coffee making facilities. 7 of us stayed very comfortably within the main house and 3 in the metato with room for another. The pool area was especially relaxing, with a good sized clean pool, a table chairs and sun loungers. Most importantly, there were sun umbrellas and plenty of shade in all the seating areas. Plenty of board games and books are provided and the sitting room is a perfect space for all sitting together. The local Spar provides most of the basics and is around an 8 minute drive away.We cannot recommend this property enough, Mike was brilliant at communicating and sent us all the information we needed for a very smooth stay. We were all very impressed and sad to leave this little piece of Tuscan heaven."
