The city of Marina di Grosseto is a renowned tourist resort at just 12 km from Grosseto in Tuscany .

This important seaside resort in the Maremma , it is known for its wide sandy beaches overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a vast pine forest in its back, known as ‘Pineta del Tombolo’, which extends from Punta Ala to the hills of the ‘Uccellina’.
The town center develops from the estuary of the San Rocco outlet, until the border of the Natural Park of The Maremma , not far from the mouth of the Ombrone river.

The wide sandy beach (an average of 50 meters width) with many bathing establishments and great parts of free public beaches , stretches without interruption until the city of Castiglione della Pescaia .
The sea is ideal for sailing , kite-surfing and windsurfing .

As the seabed slopes gently towards the sea, the beach is also safe for younger children . Furthermore, Marina di Grosseto is connected to Grosseto , Principina a Mare and to Castiglione della Pescaia through comfortable cycle paths .

Translated from Czech: we chose this accommodation as ideal for two families with children to spend their holiday. this was completely fulfilled. quiet place in a pine forest about 600m from the beach. Clean accommodation, fully equipped for our needs. Each family had plenty of privacy and at the same time a shared kitchen. A popular pizzeria with prices lower than at the beachin the city center is about 200m away. An ideal place for families with children. I warmly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic, nestled among pine trees that provide a refreshing shade, which was especially appreciated on sunny days. It helped keep the place cool during the day. Nicoletta was an excellent host—kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions. Her support made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with a well-functioning AC that kept us cool throughout the night. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend it.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben sie liegt unter den Piniedächer, zu Fuss 10 Min schöner Fussweg an den Strand. Im Oktober ist in Marina di Grosseto nichts mehr los, 1 guter Supermercato und 1 Strandrestaurant hat aber alles geliefert, was wir brauchten um uns zu erholen. Entsprechend hatten wir absolute Ruhe, Glück mit 6 schönen warmen Sonnentagen, die schöne Toskana im Hinterland für Ausflüge (Siena 😍, Saturnia👌🏻) - einfach alles tiptop! Nicholetta und Jens waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

The property is ideal for a family holiday. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one next to the other and there is a third bedroom on an upper floor. The staircase is quite steep, not ideal for little kids, but still a good option if you have adults sleeping there. The upper bedroom is quite large and has its own private bathroom. The apartment is really clean and has a large balcony with a table where we had spent most of our evenings. The property is all with AC (including the kitchen/living room area), so on very hot days this was really our live-saver. The kitchen utensils are more than enough to have a good meal prepare, it is stocked with fridge and freezer as well as multiple coffee machines so that everyone can do its own type of coffee. The property has a special agreement with the beach club called Capri. While it is amazing beach club (all of them are), it is not the one located closest to this apartment, which means you need to walk a bit further down the beach to reach it. It is about a 10/15 minute walk (and the beach is a 5 minute walk).

Wir haben die Zeit im Appartement Timone sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war tiptop und sauber. Die Lage im Pinienwald ist ruhig und schön. Man kann sich gut erholen und schöne Ferien machen. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Vacanza in pieno relax e tranquillità

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento molto confortevole e accogliente, in una zona tranquilla in di Marina di Grosseto immersa nella pineta non lontana da tutti i servizi; raggiungere la spiaggia era una comoda e piacevole passeggiata di 10 minuti e la pulizia della casa era perfetta ed impeccabile, dettaglio da non sottovalutare in questo periodo di pandemia. I gestori della casa sono stati molto gentili e disponibili per soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta o informazione e ci hanno accolto con il sorriso. Per una vacanza in famiglia in pieno relax e comfort consiglio sia la proprietà che la località, per servizi offerti, mare e clima ventilato e piacevole.
