"The property is fine, close to the university on a residential street - safe area to walk around. Breakfast was good - restaurant was closed on Monday night so there was limited choice in the bar. I was in the annex. There were no restrictors on the window so I wouldn't leave it open at night. The room was chilly and the bathroom was quite dilapidated. The kitchenette was handy (cooker, fridge) and there was a little table to eat or work at. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of hot water. It was fine but not 4*"

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and very professional. If I go back to Northern Ireland and stay in Belfast I will be staying there again."
