#### Eldena Unterkunft Am Teich 5a
So als 1\. ist die Wohnung nur für 2 P. gemacht, wir waren aber mit 2 kl, Kindern, das war ziemlich eng, aber wir haben uns dann dazu entschieden das so gut wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Küche ist mau ausgestattet, das Sofa könnte erneut werden, denn das was auf dem Bild zu sehen ist ist nicht in der Wohnung. Eindeutig zu wenig Steckdosen und wie gesagt für 4 Pers. zu klein, worauf der Vermieter einen ruhig hinweisen könnte, denn er hat noch komfortable Wohnungen zu vermieten. Wer aber mit wenig Komfort zufrieden ist ,dem reicht das. Zum Glück hatten wir gutes Wetter und konnten viel unternehmen.

#### Mit gemäßigten Erwartungen ganz gut
Check in unkompliziert. Der Schlüssel steckte in der Tür. Durch die Dachgeschossfenster guckt man ins Grüne, egal durch welches Fenster. Ruhig gelegen zwischen anderen Wohnhäusern. Der Hund bellt wenn jemand kommt, aber nur kurz, stört nicht. Es ist sehr klein, für 4 Erwachsene sportlich. Da muss man sich mögen. Für uns als Paar mit Baby und Hund war es ok für ein paar Tage. Sauberkeit war durchwachsen. Wir hatten eigenes Bettzeug dabei, aber man braucht für das Bett 2 Bettlaken, weil es zwei verschiedene Ebenen sind (das Bett und eine Schublade zum Ausziehen) in den Ecken hatten die Wände teilweise Flecken. In der Küche und Bad war es sauber. Kaffemaschine und Mikrowelle z.b. schienen neu zu sein. Die restliche Einrichtung wirkt alt aber ok

#### Gute Unterkunft, aber teilweise falsche Angaben zur Ausstattung
Unterkunft ist klein, aber gemütlich, schlicht gehalten, gut gelegen und angebunden, auch gut ausgestattet - allerdings stand in der Beschreibung, dass Handtücher/Bettwäsche bereitgestellt werden, weshalb uns der (persönlich per Mail mitgeteilte) Aufpreis von 20 p.P. dafür uns doch sehr überrascht hat. Auch ist die Bezeichnung "King Size Bett" nicht gerechtfertigt - das ausziehbare Einzelbett ist zwar eine Schlafgelegenheit für zwei Personen, aber mit einem Höhenunterschied von 30cm zueinander.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung und die Nähe zur Ostsee ist grossartig! Spätabends ( bis 21 Uhr) zu Fuss noch etwas einzukaufen war auch kein Problem

#### Klein und Niedlich für wenig Anspruch \*\*\*\*\*
Bis auf die etwas Altbackenne Einrichtung und das extrem Harte Schlaf Sofa war alles OKAY..... ;) ..... Lage perfekt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe.

#### Für Reise mit Kind ungeeignet
Objekt war sauber, und mit allem eingerichtet was man brauch. Die Möbel waren sehr alt und schon verbraucht. Für einen alleine wäre es okay gewesen. Mit zwei Kindern schon eher schlecht. Schlaf Möglichkeiten waren nicht gut. Viel zu eng alles. Eine Wendeltreppe mit Kinder auch schlecht.

#### Gemütliche, niedliche, wunderbare Unterkunft, ein echtes Zuhause!
Das Schwalbennest ist ganz, ganz arg zu empfehlen. Diese kleine Wohnung gibt uns Menschen die Möglichkeit, glücklich zu sein. Sehr behaglich, urfein, liebst und üppig ausgestattet – fünf Bände Goethe, wer will da klagen? Einziges Manko, und hier tut die Wahrheit bei Lichte betrachtet augenzwinkernd weh: es gibt tatsächlich keine Badewanne. Die Bilder lügen leider nicht. Der Badspiegel ist jedoch eine Augenweide sondergleichen usw. usw. usw. Allen Menschen, die sich gut riechen können und ein kleines Nest suchen für ein paar Tage, ist dieses SCHWLBNNST uneingeschränkt ans heiße Herz zu legen. Die Alten und Alteingesessenen in Eldena erzählen sich untereinander immer wieder verblüfft, dass noch nie ein Mensch gesehen worden sei, der diesen entzückenden Menschenhorst ohne ein seliges Lächeln auf den Lippen verlassen hätte. „Das ist ein verwunschener Ort, anders kann es gar nicht sein.“
