### Holiday Rental - - rentals Family Warnke
The apartment has an area of 80 m² and stretches over 2 levels. It offers enough space for max. 8 people. In the lower level you have a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and integrated dining area overlooking the fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed for 2 persons. In the upper level there is another bedroom for 4 people with 2 single beds and each extendable lower beds for 2 more people. In the spacious kitchen, you can easily enjoy your morning coffee and have to worry about washing up not to worry, as this love takes over the dishwasher for you. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub and integrated shower and a washing machine. In the closet you can not stow needed things. The evenings can be enjoyed in the living room by the fireplace, in the garden in your sitting area at the BBQ or use the sauna house with the cozy Finnish sauna. Directly before the house there is a carport with shed available. In it you will find garden furniture and children's toys of course a barbecue for free use. A children's playground with climbing frame can also be shared. Bicycles can be rented for exploring the surrounding area.
Our bungalow and the apartment in Greifswald-Eldena are centrally located between the popular islands of Rügen and Usedom, known by their elongated, white and wide beaches. Greifswald as old university and Hanseatic city offers even on cooler days many distractions, eg. As the cathedral with great views over the entire city, other historic churches, the Pomeranian State Museum, the museum harbor etc. Close to us is the quaint fishing village of Wieck with its harbor and the historic bascule bridge and the monastery Eldena. For surfers and boat owners of Greifswald is a perfect area. You can explore our beautiful surroundings of course by bike. Bicycle rental and boat rentals are possible with us. The downtown and the train station by bus. The stop is in the immediate vicinity.

#### Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren
Die Wohnung war vom Raumangebot sehr gut. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig.Die Austattung der Küche war sehr sparsam ( sehr alte Töpfe etc).Nach dem Beziehen der Wohnung haben wir einen Wasserschaden in der Küche ralisiert und haben den Vermieter darüber informiert.( Feuchte an der Wand in der Küche) Der Vermieter Herr Warnke hat darauf hin einen Reparaturdienst beauftragt. Im Ergebnis wurde der Geschirrspüler als defekt als erklärt und ein Raumtrocknungsgerät installiert. ( ohne Absprache mit uns) Dadurch erhöhte sich die Raumtremperatur in der Küch extrem und es entstand eine erhebliche Geräuschkulisse.Ich hätte erwartet ,das diese Maßnahme mit uns hätte besprochen werden müssen und zumindest eine entsprechende Aufmersamkeit für unseren Hinweis auf den Wasserschaden erfolgen können. Wir haben den Vermieter sichen vor einem größeren finanziellen Schaden bewahrt. Ich kann diese Art des Umgands mit Feriengästen nicht nachvollziehen. (Ich bin selbst in einer Sevicebranche tätig) Ich bitte Sie mir eine ensprechende Information über Ihr weiteres Vorgehen zu senden. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Sauber, nett eingerichtet. Die Begrüßung und Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr nett. Leider war die Wohnung in der 1. Etage, so daß unsere Oma so ihre Schwierigkeiten hatte. Der Garten war deshalb auch schlecht nutzbar. Wäre gut wenn das in der Beschreibung gestanden hätte. Eine Toilette für 8 Personen ist auch sehr wenig. Hatten aber richtig Glück mit dem Wetter, und das in der Klosterruine Programm war.

Es hat alles super gepasst, Lage nicht weit vom Greifswalder Bodden entfernt. In der Nähe leckerer Bäcker um frische Brötchen zu holen (im Norma integriert).

#### Hier fehlt es an nichts!
Übergabe am Anfang und Ende liefen völlig unproblematisch und vertrauensvoll. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzüging und sauber. Küche und Bad sind sehr modern. Die wohnliche Einrichtung bestehen nicht aus ausrangiertem Mobiliar, sondern ist in guten Zustand und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Die Küchenausstattung an Geschirr ist reichhaltig und auch ein Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden. Wir haben nichts vermisst und würden diese Unterkunft gerne wieder buchen.

#### Große aber lieblose FeWo mit angestaubtem Touch
Zunächst das Positive: Sauberkeit der FeWo war sehr gut, Check-In absolut unkompliziert. Uns stört es überhaupt nicht, dass wir keine Einweisung bekommen, wir sind ja schon groß und können fragen, wenn wir Hilfe benötigen ;)Die FeWo ist ausreichend groß für 6 Personen, allerdings ist die Einrichtung ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr schade fanden wir die etwas lieblose Ausstattung (kaputte Bücher, unvollständiges Schachspiel, durcheinandergekippte Puzzles). Klar fährt man nicht unbedingt in eine FeWo, um dort alle Bücher zu lesen oder Spiele zu spielen. Aber man sollte das Bereitgestellte dann doch wenigstens nutzen können, so wirkte es nämlich, als würde die FeWo nur die ausrangierten Sachen des Haushaltes bekommen.Die Spülmaschine macht das Geschirr eher nass als sauber, 2x hat sie die Klappe für das Tab nicht geöffnet. Wir mussten regelmäßig alles von Hand nachwaschen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Nachtische, abends im Bett ein Buch lesen ist nicht drin. Zudem muss man sich im Dunkeln seinen weg ins Bett ertasten und da man nur von einer Seite ins Bett kommt, muss einer immer über den anderen oder das Fußteil rüber klettern. Die Treppe ins 1. OG ist eine Raumspartreppe und seeeehr steil. Trotz fehlendem Teppich ist sie glücklicherweise nicht rutschig, aber mit Kindern unter 3J würde ich die FeWo nicht empfehlen. Es gibt auch kein Schutzgitter an den Treppen, die Gefahr dass ein kleines Kind da runter stürzt, ist relativ hoch.Fazit: für uns zu teuer für das Gebotene.

#### Wohnung okay, Gastgeber nicht erreichbar und Wohnung in schlechtem Zustand
Die Wohnung war ganz schön und so wie beschrieben, leider war der Vermieter und der angegebenen Notfallnummer nicht erreichbar und hat auch nicht zurück gerufen, der versprochene Parkplatz stand nicht zur Verfügung und wir mussten in der Umgebung parken, das Geschirr im Schrank war nicht sauber und die Töpfe haben keine Deckel. Außerdem stank es ganz doll nach gebratenem Fisch als wir angereist sind, wir mussten selbst lüften. Die Gegend ist schön und der Strand ganz toll, vor allem für kleine Kinder, da es sehr lange sehr flach ist. Aber in diese Wohnung mit dem Vermieter werden wir nie wieder fahren und empfehlen das auch niemandem.

es war alles sehr sauber, die Kommunikation war auch in Ordnung und die Übergabe sehr gut erklärt, gestört hat uns der Höllenlärm aus der Nachbarwohnung, absolut aufgedrehte laute Musik nach 22 Uhr, einschlafen war dadurch eine Tortur, wofür der Vermieter nichts kann, da das Schlafzimmer direkt daneben liegt und der Rauchgestank in der Wohnung

#### Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, die Lage ist schön ruhig und man kann von dort schon schön spazieren gehen. Mit dem Auto ist man ebenfalls schnell überall. Auch die Mitnahme unseres Hundes war überhaupt kein Problem, das ist selten. Diese Wohnung ist empfehlenswert, wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

#### Wir hatten uns mehr darunter versprochen aber leider nur mit Aufpreis.
Das Haus kostet eigentlich ein guter Preis. Will man aber noch die angegebenen Sachen nutzen, wie Waschmaschine, Sauna ect. Muss man für alles extra bezahlen. Wir hatten auch eine separate Ferienwohnung erwartet aber hatten eine Wohnung in einem Mietshaus. Die Bilder (von außen) zeigen auch eine andere Wohnung wie wir sie dann hatten. Auch das versprochene zweite Badezimmer war nicht vorhanden, wäre bei 5Personen gut gewesen. Das Bett war leider auch nicht das bequemste aber naja wir wollten ja nicht nur schlafen... In der Wohnung haben wir jede Menge Prospekte für Unternehmungen gefunden. Es war von dort aus alles schnell erreichbar. Es gab rings um auch jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Essen gehen kann man an jeder Ecke und wenn man darauf keine Lust hat gibt es viele Lieferdienste. Rund um war es ein toller Urlaub.
