"Besonders hat uns die entspannte Atmosphäre beim Frühstück bis 11 Uhr gefallen. Negativ war der fehlende Parkplatz für das Ein- bzw. Auschecken."

"Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und werden sicher auch wieder kommen. Überaus freundliches Personal, selbst der Chef packt immer mit an und hat immer ein freundliches Wort auf den Lippen. Die Ausstattung des Hotels lässt für uns keine Wünsche offen und die Lage ist auch sehr gut."

"Tolles Hotel in bester Lage von Bansin - leider nicht Heringsdorf. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer geräumig und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Leider schließt das Restaurant schon um 21 Uhr (so wie alle umgebenden Restaurants auch). Abends ist in Bansin daher nichts mehr los. Dazu muss man dann nach Heringsdorf oder Ahlbeck gehen. Parkplätze sind in allen Kaiserbädern knapp und entsprechend teuer. Daher ist auch der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage des Hotels mit 19 €/Tag nicht ganz...

"Lovely hotel (modern) on Uferpromenade- we splurged extra for ocean view and it was worth it- very supportive and kind staff, nice pool, delicious fod (with vegetarian options- could have more)"

"Die Villa ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und hat keinen Aufzug. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Nutzung des Schwimmbades war nach Überquerung der Straße und über das Nachbarhotel möglich. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr nett."

"Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit sehr vielen Liegen. Innen- und Außenpool und Saunen sorgen für Betätigung, falls das Wetter nicht so mitspielt. Täglich inkludierte Getränke gibt es in der Minibar. Das Frühstücksbüffett lässt keine Wünsche offen."

"This is a great resort for families with kids up to about 6 years old. The facilities cater amazingly to thaat age group. For older kids the pool is very good and the games room is also good, but the kids program for 7-9 year olds is only ok. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, with great choices. The appartment we stayed in was a very good size with plenty of space. It is about 15-20 minute walk to the beach, which for us was fine. You can rent bikes for a good proce if you want to explore...

"After an early glitch with access using the key card I really appreciated this luxurious hotel. Grand piano in the entrance hall, large and comfortable bedroom with seating area. The superb swimming pool and spa area as well as bountiful breakfast buffet in the nearby hotel made my stay very pleasant."
