This is a remote hotel within walking distance to the Baltic Sea in the quaint little small town of Devin. The rooms are a decent size for Germany and they were clean and comfortable. The staff spoke little English but were very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant was one of our favorites in Germany with exceptional schnitzel! it was five stars! "We had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The property is spotlessly clean, pleasant, and decorated with great taste. It is ideally situated—nestled in a quiet and peaceful area, yet right in the center of town within walking distance of everything. The breakfast was delicious, featuring a wide variety of fresh products to choose from. To top it off, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommended!"

"Very helpful staff and a very high quality hotel. Centrally located. The number 26 VVR Ortsbus, that is the local town bus service in Göhren stops outside the door in both directions. That is important as Göhren is hilly and the railway station is down in the lower part of town at sea level. If you have ever been in Howth, Ireland it is near identical geography in Göhren. The 21, 29 and also 20 buses that get you into other parts of Rügen stop outside the Heimatmuseum about 200 m away around the corner."

"A nice place to stay: nice rooms and a super breakfast, but unless you are prepared to pay £70/night to park your car in their underground parking you could have quite a walk back to the hotel (like we did). We hit it lucky, though, because even though we had quite a walk we only had to pay for an hour’s parking as it was 3pm Friday afternoon and after four it’s free until Monday morning. The other disappointment was the horrific stains on the carpets in some of the corridors. The carpets really do need replacing. Apart from that, great."

Ostsee - Strand - Entspannung! Wir haben einfach nichts zu meckern .... und unser Köti fand es auch seeehr hundefreundlich ..."
