"The building itself looks nice, the interior is clean and modern, staff all very lovely and helpful. I did witness a cleaner on her break toss her empty rubbish into the flower beds outside the hotel which wasn’t great though. Our room had everything inside you needed, but there were no instructions to operate the oven so we had to look them up on Google which wasn’t ideal. The bathroom looked clean but smelled of urine so I had to spray the toilet and floor with perfume to mask it. The bed was comfortable, but the rooms are far too hot even with the Dyson fan provided. It REALLY needs air con! Also, every time people closed the main door to the hotel floor, it woke us up as it slams loudly (we were the first door after it so if you’re in a room close to the main door, prepare for the noise!) it is close to the tube station and shops and restaurants which is handy too. The lounge on the top floor is lovely with nice views so I recommend going up there. The price was excellent for our 3 day stay, and we would stay here again."

"Fantastic service; food (Seafood on Fridays in Brasserie on 1st floor and breakfast, lovely cool room and soft sheets and comfy bed. Check out is at 12pm so no stress. Easy access to O2 for concert, which was essential as the show we went to finished at 11pm, so eliminated all the stress. Had a gift shop with snacks open after concert ended which is good for late night munchies. Didn’t have time to use spa but it looked lovely. Will stay again."

"Very beautiful property right on the water, central to Canary Wharf. The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained. The lobby has a very nice restaurant and lounge. The rooms are nice and spacious and very clean. There’s even an extra security lock mechanism already on the door which made me feel a little extra safe as a solo traveler. Cleaning services were offered daily which was also really nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me navigate the tube by giving me helpful directions. Would definitely stay here again when I return."

"Hotel is situated at very good location. Right next to Greenwich station. You can take trains and DLR for easy access. Breakfast is very good and staff is very helpful. The only drawback is the room cleaning. They don’t clean it well. They also don’t check if the shower gel is finishing and they have refill it. They have to improve on that but except that it’s value for money."
