"This place will always be near and dear to my heart. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was so cozy and loving I did not want to leave. It was a pleasure to meet Miss Jean Dailey and I hope to come back some time soon. Plus, the house is surrounded by some VERY delicious options for food. If you’re looking for a home-away-from-home getaway, that actually isn’t in the middle of nowhere, I highly recommend! "

"Everything was very nice! We loved some of the trim and doors that you can tell were old, but in beautiful shape! The bathroom in the master bedroom was so nice. We didn't use the guest bathroom other than using the toilet and sink because the shower didn't work well for us adults. The front porch and back patio area was very nice! The neighbors were kind. Overall a very nice stay!"

They keep with the historic and vintage history of the building and decor while offering clean well appointed rooms and concierge style services. Wine each and cheese at 7p each evening, lovely continental breakfast on fine china in the mornings "
