We had to get a hotel quickly after our VRBO didn't work out. We decided to give Fairfield inn a try since it had good reviews. We had an excellent stay for the week. The rooms were clean, a little small but we made it work. The breakfast had some good choices, even gluten free muffins for the kids. We liked the coffee, hot chocolate and tea bar open all night. Everything was really close by, Starbucks, Walmart and Sam's were only 5 minutes away. We'll stay here again next time we're in town!

Hotel Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great with a good variety of options. The AC worked perfectly and kept the room comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

The Good: Almost all front desk staff were friendly and professional with the exception of one. A special shout-out to Magdallena, who leads the breakfast crew—she is a 5-star standout. She is warm, professional, highly respected by her staff, and keeps the breakfast area spotless and fully stocked even during peak hours. She is a true asset to the hotel. ​The Issue: My rating dropped from a 4 or 5 down to 3 stars due to a negative encounter with one front desk employee. She acted more like an enforcer regarding my service animal, demanding it never leave my side—even for a couple of minutes for a quick potty break with another family member while I was temporarily unable to go outside. ​The Verdict: This staff member unfortunately lacks an understanding of the complexities of service animals and rigidlly applied a hotel policy that did not fit the situation, making my stay very uncomfortable. With better staff training on service animal guidelines, this could easily be a 4- or 5-star hotel.

“Excellent stay from start to finish! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. The overall experience was smooth and enjoyable with no issues at all. We loved it so much that we’ve already booked another stay for May 2nd. Definitely looking forward to coming back!“
