"This place will always be near and dear to my heart. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was so cozy and loving I did not want to leave. It was a pleasure to meet Miss Jean Dailey and I hope to come back some time soon. Plus, the house is surrounded by some VERY delicious options for food. If you’re looking for a home-away-from-home getaway, that actually isn’t in the middle of nowhere, I highly recommend! "
"Good value for money. Room was clean, breakfast was decent with reasonable variety. Area around the hotel was somewhat run down , but otherwise a good place to stay."

"The staff was very detailed and organized with my arrival being that I flew in from KY at midnight. The interior and exterior design is EXQUISITE! My communication with the staff was always very pleasant and professional via text. I will be booking another stay the next time I’m in NC."
"Everything was very nice! We loved some of the trim and doors that you can tell were old, but in beautiful shape! The bathroom in the master bedroom was so nice. We didn't use the guest bathroom other than using the toilet and sink because the shower didn't work well for us adults. The front porch and back patio area was very nice! The neighbors were kind. Overall a very nice stay!"
"I have stayed at Karen's properties many times in my frequent travels to Greensboro, and anticipate many more times to come in the future. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, had a lovely snack & coffee station, and was perfectly welcoming. I keep coming back to this as the perfect location, easy access to everything downtown but quieter than other spots I have tried. Karen is consistently a friendly and responsive host; one of the best I've encountered. I highly recommend booking this apartment!"
