"The hotel has beautiful views! The walking trails off the playground and golf course are super kid friendly. The restaurant does offer a buffet breakfast or à la carte. Heated outdoor pool with swim out section was a hit for the kids. Although I didn’t think it was warm enough… rooms are pretty spacious and well maintained."

"We stayed in one of the newly built rooms. It was wonderful, beds were super comfortable. Water was really hot, although water pressure on the fourth floor was mediocre at best. Super location. Walkable to hospital, university and a little further downtown Burlington. Front desk, staff was extraordinarily helpful and accommodating."

"The hotel was ok and the staff were friendly. It was run down and there was hair from previous customers in the sheets. The pillows were nearly non existent in the pillow covers. We asked for more pillows and they said they would look for some, but never heard back from them. Overall, I would stay here again in a pinch… but it was not worth the cost. They could do better."

"We checked at 3:40 after a 5 hour car ride. Mason was welcoming and gave us a nice orientation to the grounds (including equipment available to play basketball, pickle ball or tennis in the large area behind the inn). There are Arctic hot tubs, a community walking/bike path (bikes and helmets available), the pool was closed for the season. Our favorite feature was the delicious onion soup served in the lodge with cheese & crackers between 4-6! We also walked the grounds and enjoyed the sauna. Our room and bathroom was clean and spacious with HOT water. We would certainly would book a stay at the Innsbruck Inn again."
