Room was good. Location was great ! Close to South Deerfield center, close to Rte 116 and I-91. About equidistant from Amherst, Northampton and Greenfield. Electric car charger next door - level 3 in town center. Level 2 in Park and ride. Room clean and upkeep was by request not daily. Free coffee in room.

This place has potential, but it hasn’t quite figured out how to live up to it. The staff was kind and the setting convenient and pleasant. But the cleanliness isn’t quite up to par and the entryways smell like musty cigarette smoke. It would be helpful if staff and guests would follow the 25 foot from doorway smoking law.

The hotel is dated, but is very clean and really quiet. Staff is super helpful. Didn't use the amenities as we had other plans, but the location is close to Amherst and offers rooms at a reasonable price. We have stayed there in the past and chose to return due to the value, cleanliness, quiet campus, and helpful employees.

Door locks are cheap and key cards don’t work. Desk staff admitted they have continuous problems. Other customers also complained. 4 days and we had to get help with doors multiple times. My shower head also fell off the wall, sink was loose and if you put weight on it would probably fall off, beds were lumpy, There are some things you can cut corners and some you can’t. I don’t need fancy linens, coffee makers, lotions, pools, but I need to get into my room, and not get beaned by falling shower heads. If this is a Red Roof Plus, what’s a regular one- cubicles with bunk beds? Pros: clean, quiet, free parking, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron.

This hotel was clean and well maintained. It’s huge and the grounds were pretty. Staff was great and even carried some of our luggage upstairs. Which is the only thing wrong there is no elevator. Everything else was great
