Grounds were fantastic. The room itself was clean but lacked enough furniture to really get comfortable. There wasn’t enough counter space or furniture to put clothing anywhere. Definitely leans closer to ski dorm than a higher end lodge.

Overall it was good. We were in the latter suites to the back of the property separated from the main lodge. I didn’t like how I could hear the external door slamming shut from our room and we had a white noise machine going. I was woken up by people coming in at 1:30am. I also booked it for the soaking tub but when we used it the safety drain is so low that we couldn’t really get our bodies fully submerged without it draining. For the price paid for that amenity alone, I was expecting better. It was clean and the staff was nice. Again for the price of the place I was expecting a better breakfast. They did have shuffleboard though and other games I wish I had had more time to enjoy.

"Stayed here while visiting Vermont, Stowe & Woodstock. It was a great base area. Hotel was great, beds were comfortable. One site dining was good. The is little to no nightlife in the town and everything does close early. But good coffee shops and the whole little town is walkable. Very cute ..."
