"The motel is undergoing construction and renovation. Loud construction noise continued past 6:00 PM and the bathroom sink would not drain. I have stayed here in the past and it has been a cost effective choice. The timing was bad for this particular visit. "

A very well appointed kitchen and all the other comforts of home - there's no 'roughing it' - even though it has the look and feel of an old country farmhouse. "House was comfortable and had all amenities. One bedroom smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling and the house did have a lived in feel. Overall a great spot, owner was very responsive and appreciated her coming out to bring an iron. Thanks for the stay - Gave Maine and great feel for us out of state/country folk."
