"First let me say the property has a uniquely beautiful design. All the employees gave the most kind and exquisite customer service. I would like to highlight Spyros because he was the one who checked me in. I had the most interaction with him. He made my stay remarkable. He went above and beyond to help me and my family make the most of our time in Santorini. We are truly grateful. "

"We had an excellent holiday and are already looking forward to going back! The accommodation was great as it was a good sized room that was big enough for our family of four and it had a lovely view of the sea. It was also very clean and was kept so by the maids despite the efforts of our two young children. The food in particular was a major plus point as it was of a high standard and varied. Also, one of our children has severe food allergies. The hotel was very good at communicating with us about allergens in the foods and also offered to make versions of dishes without the allergens. They also provided dishes direct from the kitchen to prevent cross contamination (which is always a worry when eating at buffets when allergies are involved). Lastly, all the staff were very friendly and efficient!"

"Lovely hotel, swim up pool, spa, right on the beach & staff. Only negative was the pool was very cold (it was April though!) & it’s a bit tricky with food allergies as the buffet doesn’t list allergies, you have to get a chef to walk you round"
