This was a perfect stay. The property is pristine and the staff beyond accomodating. They organised cars, taxi, restaurants and with great humour and a calm that was beguiling. The room and all of the hotel were spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. We could want for no more. The breakfast was fantastic and all home made by a member of staffs mum. Walkable to everywhere in town for drinks and food. We would not stay anywhere else. It is a perfect oasis of calm and good taste. The best feature were the staff and team at the hotel. They were beyond wonderful.

We were impressed by customer service provided at this hotel . It’s more then 6 stars. They go above and beyond . It’s modern , clean and conveniently located with everything you would need . Very delicious breakfast . Highly recommend it and would stay again . Thank you !

Fabulous what a home from home, in 45 years of travelling I’ve never found staff that literally thinks of every requirement with “welcome back” on your return, to the comfort of being in a womb…well done Alexandra and Spiros and everyone.

An excellent boutique hotel just a short walk from the main town of Argostoli and also perfect for the ferry to Luxouri.The level of customer service was outstanding, the staff booked all taxis, trips and restaurants for us and definitely went the extra mile to make our stay very special.

Amazing staff
Don’t normally complete reviews but I feel I need to mention the outstanding customer service from Nina and her team. We were treated like VIPs during our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful at every turn. Breakfast was outstanding with an incredible selection of fruits, pastries and a cornucopia of other dishes served before our actual breakfast order was taken. This hotel is a luxury that everybody should experience at some point. Their customer service was second to none. The hotel were very generous in assisting us with a late checkout due to our late flight time. Our room was very modern, clean and luxuriously comfortable. This hotel is a must experience. Go visit. You will not regret it.

Fantastic hotel and the staff couldn’t have been any friendlier or helpful. The extra services were great: complimentary beach beds reserved at costa costa, hotel WhatsApp number to use for the hotel to organise taxi pick up from anywhere on the island, organising day trips, amazing breakfast brought to your room and complimentary local wine on our last night. Would go back again and again. If you’re considering staying here I promise you’ll enjoy every second!

Absolutely incredible stay. Loved Canale, best hotel and best service in our entire 6 week Europe trip. The staff were incredibly lovely, especially Kamila and Alexandra who went above & beyond. I cannot speak more highly of this hotel. The review were 5/5 and it is no wonder why.

Excellent personal service, luxury exceptionally well designed hotel in a fabulous location. The team led by Alexandra and Spiros were superb in every way,so professional but personal and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice with everything fresh and beautifully presented. Recommendations for restaurants always proved useful with delicious food every time. The location was perfect, was quiet but only a few minutes from the harbour front, pedestrianised area and square. Reservations at the nearby beach for front row sun loungers was a nice touch. Highly recommended and would stay again. Kefolonia is such a stunning island .

Canale is the go to hotel in Kefalonia.
This hotel has it all- pool, hot tub, buffet bkfst, seafront, relaxing, stylish, comfortable. I spent three nights here with a group of friends and the place felt like a luxury home. The service was incredible and friendly; they went out of their way to assist in whatever way they could. I highly recommend.

The Canale is a wonderful place. The hotel has been beautifully designed and is a quality stay in the town. Breakfast is vast and the service in all ways exceeds the highest of expectations. There are wonderful beaches within a short drive and both the restaurants we visited served fabulous food. We were a couple with adult daughter and we were delighted to stay for the weekend to see the south of the island and do some shopping in town xx

Outstanding boutique hotel and location! We loved our luxurious suite with hot tub and sea views. Expect delicious cocktails, treats and a fantastic daily breakfast service. Het hotel is mooi en de kamers zijn echt geweldig mooi afgewerkt, de medewerkers zijn echt geweldig perfecte service. Ik heb genoten van ons verblijf. Ik zou iedereen asnraden om dit hotel te boeken als ze dichtbij winkels en restaurants willen verblijven. Zeker een 10 plus hotel.
