Every thing you can want on a holiday, sea, sun and city. plenty of restaurants and shops. Staff exceptional very helpful. Rooms very clean.

Just a little tricky in finding this as it’s an old medieval castle and no cars allowed so you have to walk to it. Exciting property over 700 yrs old and run by lovely helpful people

İletişim problemi ve Kaba davranışlar
Çalışanlar çok kabaydı, tatilimiz rezil oldu. Odamızda böcek çıktığı için odamızı değiştirdik. Küvetlerinin altından böcek çıktığı için küvetin etrafını havlularla kapayıp küveti kenara çektik, zarar vermeden. Zaten gece boyu uyuyamadık. Konaklamamızı çalışanların bize olan berbat davranışları üzerine değiştirmek zorunda kaldık. Çünkü küveti kırdığımızı söyleyip bize bağırmaya başladılar. Asla öyle bir durum olmamasına rağmen neyse parası öderiz dedik. Ama onlar bağırmaya devam ettiler. Tavsiye etmiyorum. Yaşanılan sorunları iyi dille çözebilmek varken çok yüksek sesle herkesin içinde bizi küçük düşürdüler. Gün sonunda otelden ayrıldık geri ödeme de yapmadılar. İçeride 2 gecelik para bıraktık. Söyleyeceklerim bu kadar.
