"The hotel is lovely with horses and donkeys wandering around across the street. The staff were all lovely and very welcoming - we stayed with our cocker spaniel and could eat and drink at some nice tables near the log fire. The hotel provided

treats and water bowls. The food was very good with a chestnut and wild mushroom gnocchi being a favourite. Room and beds very comfortable and decent Wi-Fi throughout. "

"Gorgeous room, clean, big and very pretty interior. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The breakfast is cooked to order and was very good and they were very accommodating for our toddlers needs. Our toddler loved the playground and the outside garden was perfect to sit until late in the evening."

The room was cold becasue of the single glazing, and the heating not on. The single glazing doesnt help the road noise either. The bar person had no idea what the wifi guest code was and gave me the one from the bar...however this didnt work in the rooms so no work done that evening! The food menu was low in...
