"Perfect location for a concert in Blenheim. The flat was lovely really enjoyed it. Couple of things , stair carpet needs to be fixed coming out of bedroom , trip risk.Could have done with some fans , very very hot!!!!Gorgeous period features and nice soft furnishings.Be warned there are lots of stairs, not for the elderly or with small children."

"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Stayed here for 1 night after exploring Oxford for the day. The only reason I am giving a 4 star review is for some reason it seems that if you book through Expedia for example we are given a room next to the lifts, Room 401, in this case Whilst the en-suite was next to the lifts so we could not hear them, the voices of the people congregating to catch them we could hear."
