"I stayed at the Embassy Suites Niagara Falls, Ontario last night and had an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was exactly as expected clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The beds were super comfy, making for a great night’s sleep. The view and overall atmosphere were fantastic. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the quality of service throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Niagara Falls!"

"It’s a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. The beds were very comfy but the pillows have no neck support. We loved how close it was to Millennium park and how walkable the area was for finding dining options and seeing the sights. It’s only about one city block from the Art Institute and we got to walk by those beautiful lions every day. We did not try the restaurant but did have a drink at the Lockwood bar. The drinks were well balanced but it took forever to get drinks; I had to wait 15 minutes just to place my order at the bar with three bartenders. We didn’t see any waiters to help either. "

" Location was the main key, close to every venue and tourist attraction possible. Union station across the street. Trains, buses, taxis cheap and easy to access. Plenty of restaurants of all prices within walking distance. Beds were comfortable, room was cleaned very well. Room was extremely quiet even on weekends and after Blue Jays games. Hotel staff was very helpful."

"I booked a night at Oakes to explore Niagara Falls. Arrived at 4pm and check in staff had informed me they attempted to call me as there had been a problem with the hotel maintenance and therefore a room wasn’t available. They subsequently booked me into the nearby Hilton Hotel in the same room class and view. Really impressed as I don’t know how I’d have felt if they had just cancelled my room and left me to search for alternative accommodation on my own. Really pleased with the service. "
