"I enjoyed this hotel. It’s in a great location, close to everything. It’s clean with helpful staff. Only one elevator was broke but it was fixed quite fast. The only thing I did not like and found alarming was the random fire alarm going off twice but I was told it was a force alarm. I think if they were conducting a fire drill it should have been preplanned. Lots of close restaurants including 3 in building. One Brazilian steakhouse, an Italian restaurant and a beautiful restaurant located on the 33rd floor with breathtaking Canadian and American view of the falls. The fireworks over the falls at 10am were icing on the cake. I recommend this hotel."

"The room was clean, especially the bed , it was comfy. We love the pools, well maintained. The staff was excellent, especially Sonam P, at the front desk, breakfast was amazing. We had a wonderful time."

"I didn't use the hotel for anything more than my room to be honest. It's difficult for me to speak on the amenities. I feel like I must've been next to the pool or a gym or something because it was really loud on occasion with people yelling. I didn't complain. And the loud noise has stopped before bedtime. Room was just fine, and no complaints at all about it. For the price, and to be able to stay downtown, close to everything, I couldn't help but give it a high rating."

"Nice older historic property. It is a good place to stay. The settee, or mini couch was not comfortable. I bring my coffee setup from home. They only have disposable cups for use. Ask the front desk for bottled water or two. Large room, I think it was an upgrade, thanks."

"The room had the perfect view of the falls. that’s exactly what the hotel is best for. Easy access to the horseshoe of the falls. Does not offer breakfast or room service. Parking is $50 A NIGHT"
