"The facility is very nice. The striking security workers who blocked the entrance caused difficulties. It took an average of 1.5 hours waiting at the picket lines before getting access. They do not distinguish between hotel and casino patrons. Very unpleasant experience."

"The fridge in the room sounded like a demented duck! Had to pull the plug to sleep. The air con worked but was both very noisy and at times stank of damp. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, the lady that cleaned our room every day was lovely. Trying to get oat milk at breakfast was a challenge. We had asked politely due to intolerance. Wait staff kept offering soya saying (loudly across restaurant) that it’s not milk so why not use that! Very embarrassing to say the least and made my family member feel very uncomfortable. We were not offered water at breakfast or orange juice. We had seen other waiting staff offer it to other tables. So again, had to ask for some. Nothing is labelled for food allergies except gluten-free. There was no dairy fruit spread on offer. Needless to say we ate elsewhere for breakfast each day. Hot tub in pool is too low to sit and have shoulders covered. But pool was a good temperature."

"Check in was efficient with Mohammed, received a small gift bag with bottle of water, chips & granola bar pleasant surprise. The on-site restaurant is understaffed as a result service was very slow ended up leaving to go elsewhere as lots of options an easy walk away."
