"The staff are great. Front desk and housekeeping. I wish there was more seating in the lobby. I wanted to rest for a bit while waiting for others and no seats available. Too few. The new restaurant Reno is lovely! We were disappointed that a couple of our favourites were no longer in the menu. We come each summer."

"Check in was smooth. They did their sales pitch on getting a better room and it was the best money I have ever spent on vacation. Our view was insanely amazing. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great location to the falls. Would definitely stay again for sure."
