"I recently stayed at your hotel and had a great experience. I originally chose this hotel for the room layout (twin beds and sofa bed) location, and value, and I was very pleased with the well-equipped room.
I would like to especially commend Tina (I think her name was Tina) at the front desk for her friendly and professional service during the June 26 check-in. Regarding parking, while the on-site lot is limited, I was directed to park just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel which I had no problem with that.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I will definitely be back when I visit Niagara Falls again."
