"I loved the hotel, I will definitely recommend"

"The view from my room is beautiful, right in front of the waterfall. However, the carpet was wet, the pillows were too high, and one pillowcase had a blood-like stain. There were insects in the room, and I could hear the hair dryer from the next room. They took a long time to find my reservation and charged me $50 to park my car. Apart from that, the location is good."

"Tbe room was clean, staff were awesome. Thete was a couple of tnings in the room that didn't work but nothing i wouldn't affect me from staying there again "

"Room was clean and linens on the beds were warm and cozy. The shower was excellent in our room. The pool was a bit cold but the jacuzzi was lovely. The 2 issues we had were the coffee in the room was AWFUL and the pull out sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The limited on site parking is very inconvenient."

The Hyatt was not the room I wanted in several details. So, I never actually got to stay here because of their poor communication."
