"We spent an unforgettable week at Zen Exuma with 17 people—6 of them kids—and somehow, we all left more relaxed than when we arrived (miracle!). "The check-in process is wonderful. Everyone is, especially the waitress at the 23 North (Hilton) restaurant. She's fabulous and professional. She made us feel good. The barbecue guys are also nice and very kind to us. And most importantly, the room was very clean 💯% and the girl was very nice. I love that place. "This house was amazing from decor, all things needed for pool, beach, cooking everything!Loved the two washer machines and driers! Great location! If you want to visit all the beaches this house is in the middle each way! Close to grocery and liquor stores also!!"

"The house was absolutely beautiful and on point. completely stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. the property manager was on point every time we tried to call her. she checked in with us every morning to make sure we were happy. The owners checked in with us multiple times also to make sure that we were happy. We will definitely come back to stay at this house again if they will have us. "Wow! The Breakwater house went above and beyond in so many ways. The communication with the host was timely and always helpful. We rented their van to use during our stay and I highly recommend using that service. It was at the airport ready for us and it was a quick drive to the house. When we arrived, it felt like we were the first guests staying in the house! Everything was in such great shape and felt brand new. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into making sure the house is stocked, cleaned, and ready for guests. We had a group of 12 and the house layout was perfect for a large group. All rooms have a bathroom, comfortable beds/bedding, and good air conditioning. The house was so well stocked. They have thought of everything you might need. The owners also provided a great guide with tips, suggestions, and contact information for things to do, places to eat, etc. The pool and beach at the house may have been our favorite part though! We spent so much time outside it was perfect to be out there in the afternoons after a day of exploring the island. The last day we actually decided to stay at the house and enjoy the pool and beach because it was so wonderful. This was our third trip to Exuma and we will definitely stay at The Breakwater again! "
