"We loved the Royal and everything included service room, comfy bed, etc. the only thing we had trouble with was our phone in the room and no one came to fix it and our door needed new weather stripping as when anyone closed their door in the hall the vacuum effect vibrated our door which sounded like someone was knocking on ours. The marine life was awesome especially the endangered saw tooth sharks!!! The food was amazing a bit expensive but we knew that coming in. Many people advised us they since you added 15% automatically the service was not good we found that absolutely not true every e worked hard for the extra 5%. Would definitely return."

"Loved the hotel; didn’t like the cruise people coming in and taking over the water park area and wished there was a shuttle to take you to paradise island, otherwise it was $80 round trip for our family. Kids had a great time at the water park, rooms are so nice! "

"There were a total of 15 of us and everybody had a Great time. The rooms were spacious and clean. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was great and there was a great variety to please everyone The lunch outside was to die for. "We are having an incredible stay at the Reef , Atlantis. The sea glass lounge service was above and beyond! The drinks were the best we had at the resort by far. Thank you, Tray Amele, Marcus, & Lincoln! You guys made us want to stay longer. Dario, checked in with us every day of our stay at the beach and pool service area. Everyone was kind and helpful here, the grounds on the property are immaculate. We are really happy with our stay here and will be coming back. The people we have met here are some of the best people we know now. Thank you guys for treating us like family and being so kind. The architecture here is amazing, it is easy to get between properties and the shuttle drivers are kind. The come every 5 minutes , there is no waiting around. The activities are endless here.
