We’re Already Planning Our Return!We traveled to Kalopsia Seaside Resort & Marina with a group of lifelong friends and were completely blown away by the beauty of this place and the incredible facilities. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special.The villa was perfectly appointed with everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. Our host met us upon arrival, showed us around, and made us feel immediately welcome. Kalopsia truly is a hidden gem...peaceful, stunning, and thoughtfully designed.The pool area was beautiful and incredibly relaxing. We rented a boat and explored several nearby cays during the day, but couldn’t wait to come back each evening to have dinner at the restaurant. The coconut conch chowder was a group favorite, and the red snapper creole was absolutely to die for...so much so that we changed our plans just to eat there again another night!One day we took a short 5-minute walk to the beach and strolled along the most breathtaking blue water. Orchid Bay is just a short golf cart ride away. We rented golf carts that were delivered and picked up for us, which made everything so easy. The service throughout our stay was truly outstanding.This was an unforgettable trip, and we are already planning our return. Highly recommend Kalopsia Seaside Resort & Marina to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable getaway."

"Allen the owner was very friendly and helpful. We rented 2 of his cottages. Each unit was clean and comfortable. Allen included some water, beer and wine. There is a nice beach within steps. I would say the only down side is the road getting in is a bit tough to navigate. There were deep holes and very big rocks to navigate. Overall we would stay again, hopefully the road will be repaired."

"Amazing location. Could not say more good things about the staff. Beyond friendly. They made it feel like home. Felt like a private beach all to ourselves, not crowded at all. The food we all thought was amazing and right there onsite. Different options most nights. So good. "

"This place was perfect for me and my husband and our 2 teen kids. We use VRBO rentals 2-3 times a year and this was the best provisioned rental ever. The only adjustment was there is no oven but a large toaster oven that was an adjustment. However, it worked great and I even made the best baked potatoes in the Instapot they had plus the charcoal grill was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the showers had good pressure and the washer and dryer were great. The 3 kayaks, one is a two person, allowed us to all go out together and the small islands dotting the coastline and the waterways of Leisure Lee were so much fun to explore. The bathroom on the lower level with all the beach toys was so handy. The beach it sits on is a little rocky but you can walk for a mile in either direction and there are lots of great sandy spots to explore. There is construction next door but there is only ever one or two people there working and we never heard any noise. The few neighbors are super nice but most days we saw more sea turtles than people. The water is so clear we saw tons of healthy coral, sting Ray, dolphins, starfish and conch. The island is definitely remote but they have a great grocery store Maxwells in Marsh Harbor and a quick shop and liquor store just up the road. Aqua de Vista is the best place on the whole island!!!"
