But this home was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. The set up with the two master en suites on the main floor was great and the huge porch with super nice screens to keep out any bugs was an extra awesome addition. The private little Cove beach is perfect for little kids and the huge sandbar in front of the unit at low tide is nothing short of spectacular. Our only constructive criticism is that the downstairs unit leaves a bit to be desired and is a bit moist and smelly. The owner is very attentive and really cares about your stay , so anything you need, he’s hands on and responds immed! We had a great six days day and would go back again! We snorkeled with sea turtles behind the house. It’s well stocked and well maintained. Book the property! You’ll have no regrets. I can’t wait to go back! Great experience beginning before we even arrived. Jack is great giving plenty of information, directions, and details for a worry-free stay. Added bonus is the ability to snorkel right out of your door with minimal effort. There is a lot of marine life in this area and the sand bar out front is amazing. My kids really enjoyed the water trampoline, kayaks and paddle boards. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The location is absolutely wonderful, especially if you like any marine life. We saw turtles, starfish, rays, and boundless fish. Jack’s beach house is an incredible spot for a vacation! The rope swing was so much fun, the kids found starfish right at the water line and we even had a huge shark visit the pier one afternoon. The house is well stocked with most anything you could need with exception of your groceries for the week. And Cay is wonderful to help with anything you may need picked up ahead of time. Kids loved the pier and the Blue Hole a Short row away. I loved the expansive bonefish flats just across a 30 yd channel (paddle over in a kayak and wade forever). Location is off the beaten path. The house is well designed, has a great layout, and is well equipped with all you need. We have 5 kids and all fit in the upper portion of the house great, not even needing to use the bed downstairs. The mini apartment room downstairs would make this a perfect house for a family traveling with grandparents or multiple families traveling together. It is in such a beautiful spot! We loved just hanging out at the house and all it has to offer! Jack also provided a ton of information for activities and restaurants and how to go about booking it all. Weather was not great so it was wonderful to have the screened in porch and a beautiful, well-appointed kitchen for cooking meals. The house has everything you need plus comfortable beds.
