We really enjoyed our stay. This Inn is in an excellent location; walkable to the beach, great restaurants and many cute shops. We stayed on the ground floor and we did have a little noise but Hotel management dealt with it immediately and had no problems afterwards. The communication was excellent and timely. We have already booked for next year!

We found a cockroach in our room but aside from that everything was really clean! The hot tubs were great but there was a fire ban in the area so we were unable to use the sauna or the fire pit.

Such a great clean brand new renovation. I stayed on the top floor and the room was fabulous. Also really Liked the hot tub and the lit up areas out back for relaxing. Easy location to Gravenhurst beach and shops. Staff responded quickly by text and let us check out an hour late.

Receiving door entry code at 3pm made our stay efficient and smooth! Loved it! Perfect location as we competed in the MultiSport Canada Bracebridge Sprint Triathlon relay, this morning. It was a short 14 minute drive to Bracebridge. Would definitely stay again next summer! 10 thumbs up!!

I hate to write, this review but I would want to know this if I was considering booking this problem. We were booked in unit 109 on July 11, 2026 at the Stay Inn (which is the accessible unit on the far left of the Inn). When we entered the unit we noticed 3 large roaches come out from under the bed within 5 to 10 minutes of being there. We immediately notified the management who came to check on the problem and genuinely seemed shocked and empathetic that this happened to us. They offered to put us in the only other available unit (which was 209 and directly above the infested suite). We declined to stay after being pretty freaked out by the roaches we saw and they offered to refund our money. I sincerely hope that this was a freak event and not a regular problem that others will have to face. Lucky we found accommodations at another location in Bracebridge and were able to relocate for the night.

This is a very simple, but functional property. It is clean and certainly met our needs for a less expensive alternative to the chains. Check/in was simple and well described, as was checkout. Unfortunately, we were not in town long and couldn’t do much exploring. We will recommend a local artisanal coffee shop/restaurant just a 3 minute drive from the property. Relish Kitchen and Market is a great spot to get a coffee, latte, etc and freshly made food. All in all our stay at the Stay Inn and Gravenhurst was excellent.
