Although I found the location and cleanliness of the hotel very good, I voiced my opinion that I found room to be small and simple; I was then treated with disrespect and completely unprofessionally by hotel staff. Would never expect this type of behavior from people in hotel industry! If they do not agree with traveller comments, it is their right to express it, but not with aggressive behavior towards paying customers. Completely unacceptable.

Great place!
This hotel was great for the value. Daniela was a great host and so nice. She made the stay so pleasant. They had a buffet breakfast in the morning and if you wanted eggs and bacon, they cooked it fresh for you as part of the breakfast. I had a balcony looking out into the town with the lake to the left. The room was clean and spacious for me.

Klasse Service!
Schon bei unserer Ankunft kam die Chefin auf den Hof und bot uns für unsere Motorräder die Garage an, die wir auch für unseren ganzen Aufenthalt kostenlos nutzen konnten. Den Schlüssel gab sie uns gleich auch noch, so dass wir ganz unabhängig waren! Die Chefin und ihr Bruder waren immer immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle, in diesem Familienbetrieb fühlt man sich zuhause und prima aufgehoben. Und dann jeden Morgen dieses fantastische Frühstück....!!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, v.a. weil man nur 5 Minuten Fussweg bis zum See hat, Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte. Belle Italia. Michael und Susanne.

Trevlig personal men litet rum med utsikt över smutsig bakgård superjobbig takfläkt som blåste mkt gick inte att ha på på natten inget byte av linne insyn från grannhus så man kunde inte ha fönstren öppna eller fria från fönsterluckor men återigen service inriktad personal

Sono spiacente ma il cortile non mi appartiene, avrebbe dovuto andare in comune come faccio io, purtroppo sessuno mi ascolta. Il ventilatore è a soffitto come nella descrizione, altre camere non avevo disponibili mi spiace

Fatsoenlijke kamer. Redelijk gedateerd. Kamersleutel durf ik het niet te noemen. Geen sleufjes of kerfjes maar een simpel metalen plaatje. Zoiets gebruik je in een keukendeurtje... Fantastich ontbijt met heel veel vers fruit en groente. Goede muesli met yoghurt. Super vriendelijke mensen met goede etentips

Dette er ikke et hotel - falsk reklame, det er et Agrituristmo, for dyrt i forhold til kvalitet, men ligger ved Como søen, men en overnatning ok.

Buongiorno, sono spiacente se il mio hotel non ha soddisfatto le Vostre esigenze, paragonarlo ad un agriturismo è ridicolo, informatevi meglio prima di prenotare, probabilmente la Vostre esigenze le trovate in un hotel di 5 stelle ma non con il costo di un agriturismo

Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältniss
Tolles kleines Hotel mit grossartiger Eigentümerin die gleichzeitig sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich ist. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, tolle Lage mit Seeblick, Zimmer klein aber sehr sauber und gemütlich, Badezimmer klein aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. keine Klimaanlage aber Deckenventilator, kann im Sommer wohl ziemlich heiss werden. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Pulizia scarsa, gli asciugamani erano lavati, ma con macchie ancora ben visibili, teli per doccia piccoli. Rumori frequenti dal piano di sopra durante la notte, no tranquillità. Personale cordiale e disponibile. WI-FI presente, ma utilizzabile solo al piano della reception, non in camera. Arredamenti vecchi e datati. Discreta posizione dell'hotel.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Ruhige und zentrale Lage. Zimmer sehr sauber und soweit OK. Leider sehr weiche Matratzen und keine Klimaanlage.
