Lovely location, gorgeous outlook & we loved the houseboat, everything you needed and all seemed very clean & new. Made use of the free bikes to go to Sombrero Beach for a well needed swim but nice to come back for a chilled evening on the houseboat.
Jo wasn’t there when we arrived but keys left in arrivals box which was great a we were early. She was very friendly & helpful when we met her the next day.

We’ve stayed before so knew what to expect. It’s a little gem. Hidden, but worth finding. The check in process was a bit stressful- they email you a few hours before check in with details. However, the email had gone into the junk mail folder so caused some confusion.
The place was very, very clean. The views of the sea were breathtaking. We were made to feel very welcome… hence the return visit! I would recommend this place!

Fantastic resort with the wow factor. The lagoon pool was amazing and never too crowded. Beach front was great and we loved the tiki bar and beach games area. Our villa was perfect for a family of 5, well ladies our and a perfect base for our holiday.

Was based in Miami on vacation but had planned a trip to the keys so chose Kingsale Resort for our overnight stay. Check in was a smooth and the lady behind the desk (apologies cannot remember her name) was super sweet and helpful and instructions were clear and easy to understand. Our accommodation was clean, well furnished and something just a bit different that we thought we would try. The area was okay, but our boat #1 was a little to close to the neighbours and their barking dog. The office is located across the island and house boats at this end are definitely in a better location. Overall good and glad we gave it a go
