"Very expensive for the type of hotel! We were disappointed no breakfast included in the price The toilet seat was peeling The taps had lost their labels ..disgusting ! In the night I walked by my bed to the the “step into the loo “ and nearly broke my toe scraped my my back on a badly placed wooden and brass door stop We will never visit this hotel again and would like a refund"

"Good value, convenient location"

"Great stay at the Urban, friendly staff, easy check in, lovely big beds, brand new walk in shower, big towels (so rare these days!), super quiet despite it being Friday/Saturday."

"Great location. Very friendly hotel staff. A lot we had to ask for as hadnt been replenished in the room. Overally a good stay"

"Needed somewhere central to stay and this place for the bill, clean and tidy, comfortable bed, recommended"

"Beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings Spotlessly clean. Bedding and towels were high standards, helpful friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again "

"We were upgraded to a superior suite. It was spacious, but it was tired and very basic. The bathroom was a good size, but the tile grout in the shower was very mouldy. The Murder mystery was really good and so was the meal that accompanied it. Good breakfast on both mornings."

"An absolutely stunning little gem of a place. It’s as if a room from a very high end, boutique city hotel has been plucked out of a building and carefully placed down in beautiful, peaceful countryside. The decor is stylish and genuinely calming. The hosts have thought of everything - literally everything! I kept finding extras I didn’t expect to. Can’t praise this place enough!"
