    The Neighborhood:

When you stay in Grant, Colorado, you are choosing a pristine, crowd-free alpine valley that serves as the southern entrance to the world-renowned Guanella Pass Scenic Byway. Located just 50 miles southwest of Denver, it provides the perfect balance: a secluded, off-the-grid feel with effortless highway access to Colorado’s best high-country destinations.

    Unrivaled Access to Outdoor Recreation:

    - Hiking & 14ers: Lace up your boots for world-class trekking. You are minutes from top trailheads, including the jagged peaks of Mount Bierstadt and the rolling meadows of Kenosha Pass (just 6 miles west), which draws travelers from all over the world for its breathtaking, gold-dusted autumn aspens.
