"Beautiful surroundings, beautiful dog friendly hotel with lovely clean rooms. The bar and spa are lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was good, nice choice & hot. Spa was a little dated but nice. Unfortunately the bar service was terrible, there was only one poor person on the bar and the food in the bar was very average pub food. No steak and the fish and chips was mainly batter - they did give us 25% off because of long wait though. Would go back and eat elsewhere in evening x"
