Thank you for your review, considering you had a perfect stay during your last stay with us, it’s shocking to learn that you had a terrible stay this time when you were charged a Smoking Fee for Smoking Marijuana in our NO Smoking Room/facility. Although we absolutely agree with your No Elevator comments, we strongly disagree with your other comments regarding Asbestos and lead paint contamination, bizarre and illogical staircase design. Horrible coffee and breakfast, don’t even get me started on the management! Broken heating system, thermostat etc. No ventilation or fan in bathroom. Mold and mildew present all over the bathroom.We clearly understand different guest have different coffee savors; however, we provide our popular rocky mountain coffee and have received numerous good comments on our coffee. Our continental Breakfast consists of waffles, pancakes, selection of cereals, selection of bagels, white and brown bread, fruit, coffee, tea, juice etc.Thermostats are available in all our rooms to control the temperatures. Our Bathrooms absolutely have no signs of Mold or Mildew and of course they have centrally energized fan.Regarding our stairs, please be advised our staircases are built by code therefore we don’t understand your comments about bizarre and illogical design.
