Location is excellent for both RMNP and Granby/Frasier- Winter Park area. Everything about the property was as described. Very clean with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We had fun watching a deer with her baby on several occasions. We even spotted at pine martin one evening. Neighborhood is very clean and quiet.Host was responsive to our questions and even offered to come help us with an app on the tv.Would LOVE to stay here on our next visit to the area!!! ##### Hayley P.
