The main level boasts a Queen bedroom, a spacious family room with vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, dining for 8, a well-stocked kitchen, and a private washer/dryer. \*Please note: Columbine Lake Country Club does not permit renters to use Columbine Lake (for fishing, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming), the Clubhouse (for swimming, exercising, TV, or games), or the Gazebo. Keep in mind when booking, that this property is located in a quiet neighborhood with owner residents. Plan on using one of the three local lakes (Grand, Granby and Shadow Mountain) for all your lake activities. Columbine Lake is a private, covenant-controlled community. Renters are not allowed to use the clubhouse, gazebo, horse pasture, OHVs or Columbine Lake.

 Arrival, Access, and Parking:   
– Accessing the Property – 6 Stairs from driveway to home entrance and main level. Full flight of stairs from main level to second level. A few steps down from main level to backyard.   
– Parking – 3 parking spaces available. No trailers allowed per neighborhood HOA rules.   
– Road Conditions – We highly recommend 4WD, AWD or chains when travelling in most months of the year. The property is off of a well plowed highway and a plowed dirt road. That said, there are hills and 4WD/AWD are sometimes necessary to access the home when it’s snowy or icy.
