Escape to the heart of Grand Lake at Lemmon Lodge #30, a warm and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin tucked inside the sought-after Lemmon Lodge community. Perfect for families or groups, this well-appointed cabin offers sleeping space for up to 10 guests and all the comforts of home.

The main level features a cozy master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom has another plush king bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed and connects to a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A spacious loft area provides additional sleeping arrangements with a twin bed and trundle, and the sofa in the family room convert into a queen-size bed—ideal for larger families or multi-generational getaways. Be sure to enjoy the balcony off the loft area where you can listen to the North Inlet River rolling by and unwind in the Colorado breeze.

*This home just a short stroll through Lemmon Lodges private beautiful community area that includes a community firepit and horseshoes with direct access to the waters of Grand Lake, the North Inlet River for some of the best fishing around and an exclusive private sandy beach and boat docks! Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

Perfect Grand Lake location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Classic mountain cabin in the perfect location and stocked with everything we needed (though I'd throw in a bottle of shampoo and a couple beach towels). Very clean, and we stayed in the very comfortable master bed. It was nice to have the kids in their own rooms/bathroom upstairs. Loved the short stroll to the lake. Thank you for hosting us!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed on 30 many times over the years and have enjoyed the location close to 34 that accommodates our large family. Unfortunately the price is getting higher but we see no improvements in the cabin at all. Imean really- a broken screen door that slams into the wall and lets all the bugs in and a broken end table in living room. We don’t expect the “Ritz” but want to have value. Lemmon Lodge has been our “home” in GL for years but this might have been our last
