The square footage is small, more than 2- 3 people would be a tight fit. Directions from the website and/ or the owner were very poor. I called the owner and left a message to call or text me and received no call or text back that night. Luckily we were familiar with the area and figured out where it was. We have rented many houses and condos in Grand Lake and other locations in multipe states and never had this problem. Something to consider before you rent from this owner. ##### Maryann T. Hard to find entry door. Great Location Close to everything. Updated, Clean, contains everything you need for an awesome get away. A little confusion locating and checking in but we figured it out. Beautiful setting. Walking distance to everything. Host was responsive and helpful. We loved it so much we did not want to leave.
