Fantastic
After the minor hiccup at check in everything was wonderful. We had room 1A and it was spacious well appointed and looked out onto the city streets. 2bed 2bath well appointed space. Couldn’t be happier. Note that because it’s located in the city center it does get noisy so pack earplugs and it’s a satellite building so the lobby is a few blocks away.

Great stay
Check in was easy. The location and views from our apartment were great and our 2 bed/2 bath apartment accommodated 3 people well. We did the breakfast, which was also good. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very nice. Some the furniture and decor could be improved.

Fantastic location - gorgeous apartment!
Fabulous stay, amazing location, beautiful apartment which was well equipped and stylish. Check in and out was smooth and the reception staff at the nearby hotel were very helpful.

We arrived early which caused a little confusion because we were staying in an offsite property but the staff was very helpful and took care of everything for us. The apartment was beautiful and located perfectly for experiencing Granada on foot. WiFi was fast and everything worked perfectly.

Lovely apartment. Well appointed. Need to be tech savvy as everything (check-in, key, communication) is done via email or app but it was easy. Really great location.

Excellent location with very nicely decorated apartment, we spent 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay, we were a family of 4 adults, property centrally located to all major tourist attractions , staff were very helpful and professional , excellent experience

Great stay
Great location, near town but not noisy. Lots of great facilities but a little mould in the shower. No terrace in the apartment as shown in the pictures, it's upstairs on a different floor.

Beautiful but hot
The apartment was very nice, clean , modern,great location. The process of getting a virtual key just didn’t work for us. Your best bet is to go to the front fest at the the other hotel and get actual keys. The most frustrating and uncomfortable part was the Air conditioner. We could not get it to work and when did it did not cool more than 24degrees Celsius and with how hot the city was during the day THATs HOT. Aside from that, The beautiful apartment and location are perfect.

The apartment was clean and spacious for our family of four, with great balcony views. There is a convenient parking garage on the same street. Plenty of dining options in walking distance. Breafast is offered at a different hotel around the corner.

The place was spacious, well furnished and clean. Three constructive feedback; - Digital key was confusing to use when checking in. The door handle is not a normal one so tricky to open for the first time. - there was an annoying electric sound from somewhere in the room. - charging additional fee for keeping the luggage was a bit out of my common sense hospitality.

Everything was perfect. If you have any questions the receptionist in U-Sense Central was very kind and helpful. The apartment was just like in the pictures. If you don't want to use the app to open the door, you can get a normal physical card. We don't know if the air conditioner silmply didn't work or if we just weren't able to use it correctly. Besides that, the breakfast was good, and all I can say is that I will definitely come back :)
