Convenient location, you can see it from the San Bernardo train/ tram/ bus stop across the road (a few stops from Santa Justa in one direction, and a few stops from SVQ airport in the other direction). Check in was fast, there was complimentary glasses of water with lemon slices in the lobby. Room was very bright and spacious (but no facial tissues, no kettle, no room slippers). Toilet was bright, spacious and clean, eco friendly big bottles of shampoo/ shower gel/ conditioner affixed to the wall, a hairdryer (but no toothbrush/ toothpaste/ comb). Front desk was helpful, booked us a 4am taxi to airport.
Wish list: on a rainy evening we tried to order Uber Eats delivery but our cards were not accepted. We asked front desk to help us order (which we had done in other countries before), but the Occidental front desk said the hotel’s rules prohibited it. We had to settle for eating the hotel’s cafe food. I wish the hotel front desk could provide help to order Uber Eats food delivery for guests.
