We had a wonderful stay. The staff provided exceptional service, and the hotel’s central location makes it an ideal base for exploring Granada. We would especially like to thank Saray Navarro for her kindness and attentiveness. She was always there to help with anything we needed and made us feel truly well cared for throughout our stay. We also highly recommend having breakfast at the hotel—it’s delicious! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.

Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of Granada. Friendly front desk. Rooms were outstanding, rooms, and hotel designer overall should be commanded. Restaurant serves excellent food included breakfast, rooftop bar/lounge is relaxing. Only small gripe is the restaurant serving staff can be great or forgetful but either way, always friendly.

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel anywhere in the world where the staff were friendlier and totally committed to the comfort and enjoyment of the customer. Beautiful facility, comfortable spotlessly clean rooms and public spaces, delicious included breakfast, many lovely amenities like fresh flowers and snacks in the room. Also small and quiet and very central location. Five stars!!!
