Poor Check In Information
They need to be much clearer up front / Online about check in! It was not until I spent an hour, driving around the surrounding streets that I was able to find parking, and begin the search for the hotel. Then, when I got to the building, it was closed with no instructions on the door for after hours check in. But for me having access to my email on the phone, and then using google translate, I would not have known what I was to do.

Location is perfect. €7 taxi to Alhambra entrance gate. Beautiful walk down back to hotel. Hotel itself was good value for the rate. Parking is €16.50 per night. Very tight squeeze to get even the small cars parked but no scrapes. Front desk staff were excellent with recommendations and suggestions. We stayed two nights Mar 7 and 8 2020. Breakfast buffet starts at 8:00am. Not a minute before. It would be nice if coffee was available prior to the food service. Hot water was really warm Water in our room 123 but the lady at the front desk got on this with maintenance right away. Buffet was sufficient. Yogurt and cereals, pastries, fruit, meats and cheeses. It was €6 for us each as we had a rate that didn’t include breadfast. Reasonable we felt. Nothing is open in the area at an early hour even for a coffee so this is the best choice. All in all a great hotel in a perfect location to enjoy Granada.

Nice and small hotel, friendly staff near the city centre so its very easy to move around. Room is as we expected, comfortable and quiet. So a good experience overall.

Good location, friendly staff
Located in a very convenient area, with plenty of shops around, and only a few minutes from the Cathedral. Front desk staff was very friendly, offering recommendations for things to see and places to eat.

Good value!
Location was very good for sight seeing in Granada. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and comfortable, nice bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. The most challenging thing was driving to the location; the GPS address did not bring us to the hotel, but to an alleyway behind it. The hotel is on main thoroughfare so I would advise researching arrival directions beforehand. Also, the parking garage for the hotel is a bit tricky to navigate. The lights are on timers and it’s not clearly marked how to access the hotel from the parking garage. Just a heads up for future travelers.

Minimal services!
Was a last minute decision to stay in Granada. Hotel great location. Clean but missing blow dryer, phone and elevator. No services used but checkin was quick and painless. No offer to help carry bags up one flight of stairs. Breakfast minimalistic! Dry goods and coffee. No parking available!

Good enough to stay
It was great to stay in the presidente hotel. The weater was little bit cold, and they provided us with a heater. We really appreciate their services. And the hotel is located close to the main streets and places.

The staff was very nice, professional and helpful. The room was just so-so. Very loud guests (it was the weekend, and full hotel). Being that its a cheaper hotel, you will get people who don't care about other guests.

Next time will stay somewhere else in Granada.
Only one person at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Room was small and not well appointed. TV was literally smaller than my computer screen - the smallest TV I have ever seen in any hotel room. Power plugs were sparse and poorly located. One was located just behind your pillow. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Stairs were steep with no other access. On a major street away from the cities ambiance. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Great value, clean, comfortable, good aircon, nice bathroom, lovely helpful staff. Staff recomended tourist activities & suggested places not to go alone. Breakfast included. No elevator but staff helped me carry bags up- I carried them down on check out. Very quiet & central location. 30min walk to Alhambra.

Feels and looks like a 3 star hotel
First impressions were that it looks clean and tidy. Clean towels and bathroom provided with room make ups available if needed if you want fresh new towels or a general tidying up of your room. Hotel looks very nice especially the lounge area. I had the breakfast buffet included and the breakfast wasn't too bad with a range of food available from tea, croissant, cakes, sandwiches, sandwich fillings, omelette, fruit, drinks, yoghurts etc. This hotel felt like a 3 star hotel and not really a 2 star. Staff were really nice and friendly and spoke a lot of english, also greeted me and family with Ola every time we walked in or out.

Excellent location and friendly staff.
Stayed for 4 nights at Hotel Presidente. Check-in was quick and efficient. Location was excellent - 10-15 minutes walk away from the Arab quarter and the cathedral. Staff really helped with directing us to various points of interest. The rooms were comfortable, but very basic (but this was expected). Breakfast was repetitive and choice was limited, but again, for a 2* hotel, it was okay.

A good modern hotel close to the city centre
A good modern hotel located within minutes of the city centre: very convenient! There were no lifts so we had to lug our belongings up two flights of stairs. If coming by car be careful as the hotel is located just within the controlled zone and you must notify the Reception of your car registration number so that they can get dispensation over the period of your stay!

A 2 star hotel
The staff at this very conveniently located hotel were spectacular. They have great directions and cheerfully called taxis.the breakfast at 6 euro was very good including ham, cheese, juice and fruit cocktail The hotel would be fine for a short stay Limitations include generally poor condition of the rooms--broken flooring and buildup on the shower tiles--and a noisy street.

My daughter and I stayed a total of 3 nights at Hotel Presidente (1 night 5/16/2013 and 2 nights 5/24-25/2013). The hotel was clean and well located in the heart of downtown Granada. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, greeting us when we came and went. One staff member in particular (I don't know her name) was very helpful- she gave me a very good recommendation for a place to get good cafe'- and she was extremely friendly. My only complaint is that the pillows were not too comfortable- other than that, I would gladly stay at Hotel Presidente again- very good accomodations for the price! Breakfast not provided, but there was a great bakery close by.

Had a two twin bed room. Fairly small but manageable and was worth it for the location. Front desk service was helpful with any questions we had. Main concern was the cleanliness/age of the top bed quilt.

Great location, and convenient underground parking for central Granada. Staff were very helpful and spoke good english. The room rate (for 3) & parking was very good for such a location, close to all.Access from highway was great, although we were initially confused by restricted entry sign on street just before hotel. Only negative room was advertized with in room coffee machine - non existant and coffee was only available in lobby for a couple of hours in th A.M.

Hotel Presidente in Granada
Centrally located hotel close to most important sights. Room was modern and clean but a bit smelly (opening the window improves the problem but in March its to cold to keep it open overnight). Staff is friendly and helpful. Computer in the lobby can be used. In a nutshell: Good value for money.

The location was perfect! It was close to bus stops that went to the alhambra, airport, and train station. All the things we did were in walking distance. The reception was awesome. Very willing to help and spoke decent English. They helped me plan most of my stay in Granada. :) The room was clean and tidy. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but what I expected it to be. The only thing I can really complain about was the teeny bathroom! Overall it was worth the best value for the money!

Great central location!
The best part of our stay was the receptionist staff, they were very warm and friendly and ready to help with any of our questions. Overall as a couple travelling we found the hotel to be average for our needs. The lobby was clean, if a bit dark, and had free internet access for all guests. The room was a bit small with a slightly odd odour which seemed to disipate once we opened the window. The room itself was a bit small but had a very large comfortable bed. There was no mini bar, which we would have preferred, at least a refrigerator to keep some water or snacks cold. The bathroom was clean but the condition of the bathroom was sabby with splintered wood around the door frame and odd shower tiles and you couldn't actually sit on the toilet straight on, you had to sit on an angle. When making our reservation the only option was to get a breakfast package, which I would never had paid for willingly, as it only offered toast and coffee.
