No lo recomiendo para familias con bebés. El apartamento que nos tocó no tenía lavadora y la plantilla para cocinar era terrible. No calentaba bien por lo que cocinar era casi imposible… tuvimos que dejar mucha comida porque no alcanzaba el tiempo para cocinar y tener que hacer doble gasto y comer fuera

Estimada Silvia, lamento escuchar sobre su experiencia. Sentimos los inconvenientes con la placa vitrocerámica, pero tras realizar comprobaciones, esta funcionaba correctamente. Es posible que haya sido un error de conexión. Respecto a la lavadora, una vez nos lo comunicó, le proporcionamos acceso a la lavandería de recepción. No todos los apartamentos tienen lavadora, como se indica en su reserva. Espero que el resto de su estancia haya sido más confortable. Reciba un cordial saludo

The cleaning lady opened the door for us and she was so helpful to get us settled in.The first 2 days were somewhat quiet but the next 2 days not so much, we had children running none stop above us and not respecting the quiet hours.

The apartments are small but they are clean and comfortable. The front desk is friendly. They dont have 24 hours front desk ao arrange check in in advance.

location is good but not great. value for the money bad. internet sporatic and slow. apartment dated, wornout and grimy, bathroom looks like it was never cleaned with bleach. no one ever available at reception to help with inquiries. uncomfortable stay and extremely overpriced for the charge. some pensiones are better than this. can not recommend. regret booking this apartment.

Central location to historical district. Comfortable apartment with kitchen allowed us to eat in when we wanted; Mercado just down the street as well as many tapas bars. Comfortable bed; bathroom equipped with a washing machine!! Major plus. Very clean, but a little worn and sofa and chair needs replacing. António was very helpful with travel arrangements printing out our tickets.

A nice stay in Granada
I lived in 401, the top floor or the attic. This is a nice room. Compared to a common hotel, it is actually a 2-bedroom-1-bathroom apartment. There are washers, TVs, etc. available, and the space is large. There are a few weaknesses. First, the bathtub is located under the roof of the attic, so I cannot stand upright when bathing. Second, water in bathtub goes down really really slow (they may have fixed this issue). Third, the wifi is sometimes less stable. In overall it is a good stay for 6 nights!

Exactly right for business trip with family.
I was in Granada for a business meeting, but my teenage son was with me for holiday, so I wanted a larger place than a small hotel room. I needed to be near the Congress, he wanted to be "where the action was". I am SO THANKFUL that we found Apartamentos Turísticos Centro - it was perfect (we had a "comfort room"). The hosts were incredible - they made sure the sleeping arrangements worked for us, very welcoming, and helped my son have a great time practicing his Spanish. The amenities are complete (kitchen tools, not only a microwave and nothing else as some places have...), spacious (European/Asian standards). (Some cautions: Very tall (>>2m) / large people may have some difficulties with the shower. Chemical sensitive persons: bedding/towels were OK, did not trigger me, "plug-in" type things could be hidden, only the treated(?) garbage-bag was bad.) Eating places, grocery nearby; quiet street and thick walls & windows, but minutes to Granada sites. I am likely to return for business, and with or without family - this will be my first choice to stay.

Perfect retreat near the centre
Really pleasant apartment close to the centre of town. Spotlessly clean and the facilities were very good. The people on reception (the owners?) were very helpful and friendly.

Great central location,
Very spacious. it's a self contained apartment with all the facilities of a time share resort room. Antonio is an excellent host, speaks English well and is VERY helpful for any concerns or needs.

Great place, great location, great concierge!
Comfortable apartment with everything you need. Clean and nicely presented. Convenient location, a short walk to the city centre. The concierge, Concha, was wonderful! Charming welcome, great advice on places to visit / eat and how to get there. Concha even took care of parking and retrieving our car from a local parking garage, which only cost €10 per day. No hesitation in recommending the apartments.

Nice apartment near the Alhambra
We were delighted with our apartment, it was updated, comfortable and the shower pressure was excellent. The WiFi was very good! The staff were very friendly and helpful with info on local points of interests and public transportation.

apartment hotel, enough space for family of 4 . issues were wi-fi was NOT WORKING, hotel staff called tech help, and problem was found and corrected, however it took 3 days. Street is too narrow for large mini vans. In the ad hotel/expedia said parking is available, but we were charged 15 euros per day. Expedia need to improve listing , free parking vs. parking available at a cost.

Dear karen, Thank you very much for your comment. We feel that you do not read the publication of our services well, we inform of all our services without any lie, please read it again. We accept credit cards, Visa and Mastercard. However, whenever possible we request the payment in cash. We have parking service, NOT INCLUDED in the price of the lodging. Two different garages, one arranged 16 € day, which is the one you paid. For now the streets can not make them wider, but serve as an example that small delivery trucks spend some mornings Monday through Friday for her. Maybe your mini-van was not mini, or the driver is not accustomed to the vehicle. In the apartment that you were there is direct cable internet service (Connector rj45) and THREE different WIFI networks, it is true that there was a problem in one of them due to an external fault, that the telephone company repaired; but the same day that you informed me that the provided did not work had connection and service with another of the three. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and appreciate any constructive criticism. Yours sincerely. Antonio

A fantastic stay in Granada
This was a fantastic place to stay.The apartment was spacious and has a kitchen and the shower comes with a steam unit. All the major tourist attractions in Granada are at most a 30 minute walk away and the apartment is based in the town centre. However the best thing about the apartment is the courteous and friendly staff. I can't recommend my stay here enough.

We enjoyed our stayed. Staff very courteous and always willing to help you. It's an apartment with housekeeping everyday!! That was a plus! Great location, quiet and close by to many tourist locations.

Close to everything with an excellent manager
In this world run by machines its good to have a person in charge. Emiliano is an excellent manager who helped us throughout our 4 night stay at this apartment. We don't speak Spanish and Emiliano which is a big plus too. The apartment was clean, big and comfortable for our family of four with two small kids. Restaurants, grocery and most tourist attractions are walkable or a $4 taxi ride away. For most restaurants talk to Emiliano. Book your alhambra tickets early is my only advise. The apartments are close to train station and gives you an opportunity to mix with the locals. Granada is beautiful city with lots of history and culture. Keep at least 3 nights for this city if not more and prepare yourself to walk a lot. I recommend this place very highly.

Wonderful place to stay, clean, very comfortable
The main thing for me about a place is how I sleep, The comfort of the king sized bed was fantastic, the area is quiet on a night although it's as central as you can get, the windows are great and this cuts out its noise. The place is a good size too, a sofa, a lounge chair, with a tv that can be moved to the dining or living area, also there is a tv in the bedroom. A great place.

The proprietor was very helpful, but we had one day without heat ( it was November and we needed it!) The apartment was in the attic, and you could stand in one third of it, sit in one third, and lie in one third! I cracked my head several times!

In desperate need of renovation
We went for the most expensive appartment expecting extra space and hoping for the best conditions due to the high previous reviews. First the positives Good cleanliness and friendly cleaning staff. Also the elevator goes into the appartment, which is nice with stroller. Lastly its a good location. The less great The appartment is worn down. There were cracks in the walls, the lock on the bathroom was broken, the window lock was broken, which is extremely unnerving when you've communicated that you are bringing a child and the appartment is on the fourth floor. There were cracks in the kitchen counter, dinner table, fridge, and the living room + bathroom is at a low height because its under the roof, so you cannot fully stand in half the appartment. Also there is no "do not disturb" sign so the cleaning staff came in while we were sleeping. They apologized for this which is fair enough. The awful: The patio is shocking, and the owners have been very selective with their pictures. The walls and furniture is worn down, and the flooring is spotted fake grass with several gaps where you can look straight through (down four floors). When it started raining the it also started dripping through the ceiling, and several water damages appeared. Worst was the owners reaction, who just said thank you for reporting this. I was expecting compensation or the very least an apology since one (of two) bedrooms now was unusable due to water dripping down. TLDR: stay somewhere else

The apartment is located in a small and quiet street just two streets away from El Corte Inglés. So, the access to the bus lines (including airport shuttle) and the congress center is very good. There are many cafes and restaurants around. Also, 3 supermarkets and 1 asian shop are within 5 min on foot. Check-in/out was simple. The responses by the management to our questions were a bit slow but we had no big problem. The room was on the top floor. To our surprise, the button of that floor in the elevator was with the key hole, and you need to insert the key instead of pressing it. When the door was opened, you are already in the room. (The elevator door = the room door.) We had only one set of keys (we did not ask for extra). So, when I came back, my wife had to come down with the elevator. Otherwise I could not even go up to the top floor without the key. You can access the room also by the stairs, leading to another door near the kitchen. It is like an attic room, so you cannot stand straight in the half of the living/dining room. The room is with a kitchen, a living/dining room (with a table with 4 chairs, a sofa and a sofa bed), two bed rooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and a bathroom (with a bath tab and a laundry machine). The shower was a bit weak. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen, but no AC outlet is nearby. We did not find a switch for the kitchen fan. In total, we really enjoyed the stay and may choose the same place again.

Apartamentos bien ubicados, en zona tranquila y accesible. A destacar la limpieza, amplitud adecuada y equipamiento necesario. Por poner algo a mejorar, la comodidad del colchón de la cama de matrimonio. Aunque no llegamos a ver en persona a los propietarios, nuestras peticiones y consultas fueron atendidas amablemente al instante por teléfono.
