Does not live up to expected standard
After reading the reviews, we were hoping that we would have enjoyed our stay but were left disappointed.
Cleanliness: bathroom was clean but sheets were not changed during our stay and the balcony was very dusty. The room also smelled of stale smoke.
AC: For 3/5 nights, the AC did not work properly in the main room and didn't work in the second. On the first night, the room was very hot. We reported the issue to reception and it was "fixed". At 815 pm on the 3rd night, we reported that the AC wasn't working again. Maintenance showed up at 8:45 p.m, checked out the AC and said he would return but did not. We called reception at 9:35 pm and were told that they would send someone immediately. By 1045 pm, no one showed up. After complaining to the hotel manager the next morning, nights four and five were a bit better.
Junior suite: Room layout is not suitable for children. There is no child lock/chain on the main room entrance which is in the room with the sofa bed. My toddler could easily have opened the door.
Lifts: Only 2 were working at any one time and there was a constant queue.
All inclusive:The all inclusive option does not include everything available. This would not have been issue if this was explained beforehand.
Although we booked an airport shuttle, it was not there when we arrived at 945pm. After several failed attempts to contact the hotel, they eventually answered and could not find the booking. We ended up having to take a taxi at 11pm.
