"Perfect hotel! Room was clean, and was cleaned every day, staff were so helpful and friendly and offered to store my luggage after checking out since my flight was late at night. The staff are all so friendly and absolutely amazingly helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The location is amazing, I was able to walk to Park Guell and Bunkers del Carmel super easily, and the metro was under a 10min walk away. The hotel is next to Line 4 (L4) which is such a convenient train line that takes you directly to the Gothic Quarter / El Born / the heart of the city. Felt so at home here! Am definitely thinking about booking to stay here again for next time."

"The room was not clean, had hair in the shower and on the shower head, lots of grime. Room itself was outdated. The lobby is nice and clean. "

"We thought this was in a very good neighborhood, with plenty of grocery options, good choice of restaurants, and relatively easy to get where we wanted to go. Don't miss the Casa Vicens - an early Gaudi house - just around the corner."

"The stay was quite unsatisfactory because of extreme noise in the room we were assigned. The room at the back of the hotel bordered on a school with children's playground shouting fairly constant oin weekdays. But our real problem came on a Saturday night when bands and crowds occupied a community park beside the school The music and screaming were deafening and wenrt on from 7:00pm through midnight. This performance was failrty regular as it runs out and the hotel did nothing to warn us of this occurence or to move us away this level of disturbance that was in good part predictable. In the end past midnight management gave us an unoccupied room in which to sleep for Saturday night- a wholly inadequate remedy for a couple in their 80s with a four day reservastion that always included Saturday night in a hotel of this purported level of quality. Just bad management."

"Hotel was ok, restaurants really good. But the room was tired and there is no sound insulation between rooms so on the two nights I stayed I could hear conversation and to from the rooms next door"

"Great location. A very cute neighborhood. Grocery and liquor store across the street. Great restaurants close by especially SMS Delicies. The food was so good. The room was clean and well stocked. It was an easy self serve checkin. We did not see the host."
