"Convenient and clean place to rest your head."

"Great breakfast options, omelets freshly made! Room was clean, little smaller then I would like for 3 adults but it worked. The AC unit while running had a smell to it, should be serviced or cleaned. Over all, very good. Within walking distance to down town, about 20 minutes."

"Confirmed with the staff on check-in about having a restaurant open in the evening. Went down for dinner was told there was no food delivery therefore the restaurant was not open. Asked to speak to a manager. Was told that there wouldn’t be anybody in until noon the next day, which is after checkout. Don’t trust them they charge $30 a night for parking on top of your hotel fee. Go somewhere else. It’s not worth it."

"Clean, comfortable room with all of the amenities we needed for our short stay in Nashville. Great location with coffee, restaurants and shopping options to walk to. Will definitely seek out Avant Stay properties for future travels."

"Rooms clean, nice place to stay for a weekend trip, it’s just the train station is close so you can hear the trains but other than that it’s a great place."

"The check in was slow and the member of staff was rude and unhelpful, although I did find other staff helpful. We had a suite and although we had a microwave there was no cutlery or crockery. I thought the suite could have been better equipped. The suite was clean and the bathroom was lovely."
